This website ("Website") which is owned by Edenred (UK Group) Limited ("Edenred") is offered to you under license from your employer or the organisation of which you are an affiliate or member ("The Customer") and on condition of your acceptance without modification of the "Terms and Conditions" set out herein. Additional terms which vary or supplement these Terms and Conditions may apply to your use of some services "Additional Terms". If so these Additional Terms will be set out at point of use. If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and any Additional Terms then the provisions of the Additional Terms shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms, and Data Protection & Privacy Policy, as published from time to time by Edenred are collectively referred to as the "Terms".

PERSONAL USE LIMITATION
The Website is for your personal use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Website. FULFILMENT OF REQUESTS FOR GOODS OR SERVICES
You may use the Website to request goods or services provided by Edenred, or provided by third parties as promoted on the Website either by accessing the supplier's ordering page (using the links provided) or by telephoning any advertised call centre. In any event, we will act as a disclosed agent for the supplier in respect of the transaction. As a result, any contract which is made for the purchase of goods or services will be between you and their relevant supplier. Neither Edenred nor the Customer shall have any liability under or in respect of any contract made by you in relation to the goods or services requested or supplied.

You will keep confidential any password or discount code given to you in connection with this service. You will discontinue use of the service if, to the best of your knowledge, you are no longer eligible to use the service.

WARRANTY
You shall not use the Website for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You warrant that your use of the Website shall be for lawful purposes only and you shall indemnify Edenred against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses incurred by Edenred due to any breach by you of these Terms.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Whilst Edenred attempts to ensure that the information available on its Website is accurate, Edenred cannot guarantee that it will always be fault free. Edenred will correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable. Edenred does not accept liability for any such errors and omissions, except that where you have relied on such errors or omissions when requesting goods or services provided by Edenred in which case Edenred will allow you to cancel your request and obtain a refund of any monies paid in relation that that request.

Edenred does not warrant that the Website will operate without errors or that it and its servers are free of computer viruses. Edenred will not be liable for any data lost or corrupted or any equipment or software damaged by you as a result of you using the EB Website.
